Provide information to assist in the continuing maintenance and adaptation of properties within the council's Asset Management Programme. The work will be carried out to various council-owned and managed buildings of all types, mainly non-housing and will consist of carrying out detailed surveys and preparing reports to establish the physical condition of the buildings and their grounds and the cost of bringing them up to standard. Approximately 50 buildings per annum will be involved ranging in size from small workshops to secondary schools.
