St George's Bristol is a charitable organisation based in Bristol. The organisation maintains a Grade II* listed, converted church building which has been converted for the purpose of providing a concert venue and high quality entertainment facilities for the local residents. To ensure that the building remains fit for purpose St George's has elected to add a 2-storey extension to the building including some alterations to the existing building. Part of the funding for the project has been secured from the Arts Council and Heritage Lottery Fund therefore the project must comply with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The project is currently at stage 3 of the RIBA Plan of Work 2013. An architect was identified for the preliminary stages of the project and their appointment completes at the end of stage 3. Therefore, St George's now seeks the appointment of an architect for the remainder of the project up to and including stage 7.
