Lot No: 1 Lot title: Provision of Advertising and Marketing Consultancy Services1)Short descriptionDe Montfort University, Leicester is seeking to place a non-exclusive contract for the provision of advertising and marketing consultancy services for an initial period of 12 months with an option to extend for a further 12 month period subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected consultant, commercial review and a review of the University's requirements for the services prior to the expiry of the initial period. The University's requirement is for an innovative, agile and progressive advertising and marketing consultancy that will support the University in the development and delivery of leading edge advertising, marketing, creative design and media output that will set it apart from other Higher Education Institutions and facilitate the achievement and delivery of its ambitious student recruitment and internationalisation aspirations and ambitions. The scope of the contract will include advising and assisting the University in re-designing its corporate web presence within a challenging timescale.

Lot No: 2 Lot title: Provision of Media Consultancy Services for De Montfort University1)Short descriptionDe Montfort University, Leicester is seeking to place a non-exclusive contract for the provision of Full Service Media Planning and Buying Services for an initial period of 12 months with an option to extend for a further 12 month period subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected agency, commercial review and a review of the University's requirements for the agency services prior to the expiry of the initial period. The University's requirement is for an innovative, agile and progressive Full Service Media Planning and Buying Agency that will support the University in the delivery of leading edge marketing strategies and campaigns that will set it apart from other Higher Education Institutions and facilitate the achievement and delivery of its ambitious student recruitment and internationalisation aspirations and ambitions. The scope of the services will include the provision of advice and recommendations on media strategy; making media bookings; dispatch of artwork and purchasing media such that the University is able to demonstrate that the best value for money has been secured from the media purchases made.
