The Govanhill Baths Community Trust (GBCT) is seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced Architect-led multi-disciplinary design team to deliver the second phase in the restoration of Govanhill Baths. This phase of work will see the restoration of an important Edwardian baths house to its original function, creating new opportunities for health and well-being for one of Scotland's most deprived communities. The design team must include a Conservation-Accredited Architect and Pools Engineer. It will lead the design and co-ordination of all aspects of the design and construction of the project through to the end of RIBA Stage 3 as a minimum, and should ideally have a particular expertise of working on regeneration projects with community groups. All communications with tenderers will be via email. All questions regarding the tender documents should be posted via the Public Contracts Scotland website.
