The Council are looking to explore the opportunity of entering into a Partnership for Roadside Advertising. It has been established that opoortunities may very well exist for this area, and this will generate revenue for the Council.
It is expected the supplier will identify sites and the potential income from those sites. The anticipated contract term will be 10 years to allow an adequate payback period for the supplier.
This will be a concessions contract and will consider the following options for advertising:
- freestanding digital roadside;
- bus shelters;
- roundabouts.
