The Highland Council and Moray Council wishes to form a Framework Agreement with appropriate Suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Bottled & Tank Gas for the Highland Council and Moray Council Areas. Bottled & Tank Gas will be for various uses examples and not exhaustive list for Science (Schools), Medical (Schools), Leisure (Pools), Catering (Schools) and Commercial (Welding, Cutting and Roads).
The framework shall be divided into 10 lots by geographical area, and further subdivided into 6 sub lots by the type of gas required; please note Moray Council do not require Bulk Heating Tank Gas (Propane) Sub Lot F, as this is already catered for under an existing Framework (Scotland Excel Framework: Supply and Delivery of Plumbing Materials. Number 17-11):-
