West Lothian Council is seeking to appoint a suitable experienced and qualified contractor(s) to provide a service for the recycling/recovery and diversion of waste held at the authority’s Community Recycling Centres and at some other specified depots for the undernoted waste types:
Lot 1 - Wood.
Lot 2 - Glass.
Lot 3 - Cardboard and Paper.
Lot 4 - Scrap Metal (including cans).
Lot 5 - Can (separately collected).
Lot 6 - Mixed Plastics.
Lot 7 - Used Mineral Oils.
Lot 8 - Tyres (loose).
Lot 9 - Lead-acid Batteries.
Lot 10 - Mixed Dry Recyclates (salvage).
Contractors may submit bids for one or more lots in any combination.
