II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:The total value of our planned kitchen programme for the next 5 years is approximatelty 4 000 000 GBP. The kitchen supply element of this equates to approximately 25 per cent therefore the estimated total value of this supply contract over the 3 years plus 2 year extension options is 1 000 000 or 200 000 per annum.
