The Contracting Authority intends to award a Contract(s) for Landlord Services. The services required consist of maintenance and repair and response maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment fitted within communal areas of various buildings. Examples of the type of equipment include but are not limited to Lighting, Security Systems, Fire Safety and Mechanical Systems.
It is anticipated that there will be an additional requirement in the initial period of the contract for the surveying and recording of information on buildings and mechanical and electrical equipment. This is to increase the level of existing detail and produce accurate records on all equipment and services in each building, including schematics.
It is anticipated that the contract(s) will be set up for one year with the option to extend for an additional year.
Estimated cost excluding VAT:
