During the proposed initial contract period, the Reporter will be required to report to the Utility Regulator on the following regulatory reviews:
- Annual Information Returns (AIR) and Systems of Planning and Internal Control (SPIC) reports;
- PC15 business plan (including costs base, special factors and capital maintenance economic return);
- Sustainable economic level of leakage audit;
- Principal Statements;
- Procurement Activity Reports;
- Procurement Plans;
- Ad hoc reviews as directed by the Utility Regulator.
All reporting activities shall be undertaken in line with the Utility Regulator's Reporter Protocol and as specifically directed by the Utility Regulator.
