Cranfield University intends to identify a landscape architect consultant to provide and undertake services in relation to the first Phase of the University's Masterplan. The contract is for an initial 3 year period with the potential to extend for a further year. However, it is envisaged that the Consultant may also work on the programme as a whole, which may include future phases of the Masterplan. This methodology is intended to recognise the potential to develop collaborative relationships.
