The scope of the Framework Agreement is for a Subscription Agent for the provision of Library and Corporate Periodicals. This requirement must be met via a website. The anticipated contract value for periodicals is between 500 000 GBP per annum thus between 2 000 000 GBP and 4 000 000 GBP over the 50 m period. However the scope may be extended to include e-Periodicals with an estimated annual spend of 675 000 GBP and newspapers with an estimated annual spend of 1 250 000 GBP. The estimated spend for e-Periodicals and Newspapers was derived from a sample of members of the CBC and Associates and then extrapolated to represent all members of the Consortia.
