II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)Repair and Planned and Preventative Maintenance of Synectics CCTV Installations Estates and Facilities Management at the University of Sheffield maintain in the region of 430 buildings with a gross floor area of over 400,000 m square, the majority of the buildings being to the north west of Sheffield City centre but with facilities based at Waverley just off the M1 (AMRC) in Rotherham, at Harper Hill near Buxton and in Beighton to the south east of Sheffield. During the contract it is anticipated that the number and locations of CCTV installations will change.
As part of this contract you will be expected to undertake the regular maintenance of CCTV installations located within University buildings including the AMRC and Beighton.
