The framework will include assisting customers with the specification and design of facilities, as well as supplying and installing the equipment, and providing staff training. Customers will be able to buy a complete ‘turnkey' solution if they wish, or may select individual components (e.g. design, or product supply, or specialist advice) as appropriate. The framework will be wide in its scope, in order to include all sizes and types of facility, and to meet the needs of all client groups, including children and adults with special needs.
Suppliers are invited to contact ESPO to express an interest in participating in the exploratory market engagement. This is likely to take the form of completing a short questionnaire intended to help ESPO shape the proposed framework, and prepare formal tender documentation.
