For the supply, delivery and installation of microbiology safety cabinets class I & II, fume cabinets, laminar flow cabinets and PCR Hoods on behalf of North Bristol NHS Trust (Lead Trust), University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust & Weston Area Health. It is the intention of Bristol & Weston
NHS Purchasing Consortium (BWPC) to create a framework agreement for the period of 2 years with the option to extend a further 2 years. The Trust reserves the right to take up any option for a service/maintenance agreement as a result of this tender should they desire.

(a) Is bankrupt or is being wound up, where his affairs are being administered by the court, where he has entered into an arrangement with creditors, where he has suspended business activities or is in any analogous situation arising from a similar procedure under national laws and regulations;
