Durham University is looking to purchase an Atomic Force Microscope. The microscope will be primarily dedicated to state of the art research in the field of solid liquid interfaces. It is aimed at conducting dynamical measurement in liquid with emphasis on resolution (dynamic modes including multi frequency and quantification of conservative/dissipative interactions). Routine atomic or molecular level is expected as well as outstanding stability for long (several hours) experiments on that scale.
