II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)This tender is for the full requirement of manual security guarding throughout the Plymouth City Council premises and sites. This includes daytime and out of hours patrols to premises, alarm key holding facilities, special events patrolling, unlock services, monitoring, out of hours releasing of vehicles from locked car parks and possible support for at risk workers.
