The University of Sunderland is committed to providing a highly efficient, proactive and flexible range of modern front line services that offer value for money and excellent customer service. Therefore, we are seeking to procure the services of a contractor to provide cleaning services to a high profile visitor attraction, offices and workshop areas, and, Summer Deep Cleaning and 52 weeks per year cleaning support in Residential Areas. Whilst offering a quality service, it is important to enhance our commitment to minimising the effect of our activities on the environment by reducing consumption, re-using materials, recycling and working towards reducing landfill waste.
