Tyres for heavy/light duty vehicles. Light- duty tyres. Tyres for motor cars. Heavy-duty tyres. Tyres for trucks. Tyres for buses. Agrarian tyres. Tyres for motorcycles. Tyre repair services, including fitting and balancing. The framework is for the supply and fit of tyres and the provision of associated services, direct to eligible end-user establishments. This does include tyres for a wide range of Plant equipment.
The requirements are divided in to the following lots:
- Lot 1 Nationally available solutions
- Lot 2 UK Regions where each region is a sub-lot
- Lot 3 Sub-regional (e.g. specific local authority)
Within each lot there are options to bid for various products and service types. Full details on Lots and sub-lots are provided in the invitation to tender.

Whilst initially for use by local authorities served by ESPO (see www.espo.org for further details), being a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Combined Procurement Directive 2004/18/EC, the Framework Agreement may also be open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement.
