The framework agreement will be established for a 2 year period, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods. It will look to provide various signage and wayfinding solutions across Government and to the wider public sector and intends to encompass a lot structure as follows:
Lot 1: Stock Signage
Including but not limited to the following:
- Health and Safety Signs;
- Fire Signs;
- Warning Signs;
- General Office Signs.
Lot 2: Bespoke Signage
Including but not limited to the following:
- Building Identity Signs;
- Exhibition and Display Stands;
- Evacuation Signs;
- Information Signs;
- Interactive Display Screens;
- Electronic Signs;
- Door Signs;
- Name Plates;
- Construction Site Boards;
- Construction Proposal Boards;
- Flags;
- Banners;
- Consultancy.
Lot 3: Wayfinding
Including but not limited to the following:
- Indoor Wayfinding Sign Systems;
- External Wayfinding Systems;
- Consultancy.
Lot 4: Specialist Signage including road signage
Including but not limited to the following:
- Traffic Signs;
- Road Direction Signs;
- Street Name Plates;
- Road Warning Signs;
- Road Regulatory Signs;
- Motorway Signs.
UKSBS reserve the right to run an e-auction process for this framework agreement.
Delivery for orders placed under this arrangement will be UK wide and may require the following elements:
- Consultancy;
- Design;
- Production;
- Delivery;
- Installation;
- Removal and Disposal of existing signs.
The proposed timescales for this procurement activity are outlined below. Please note that these dates are tentative and may be subject to change.

An event is being arranged for suppliers to attend in Manchester to understand the requirements, the proposed procurement strategy and provide the opportunity for all to input in to the proposals which will encourage innovative thinking, enable dialogue with potential suppliers to capture innovative ideas and ask and answer questions.
