The Peabody Group also includes Gallions Housing Association, which operates primarily in Kent and other parts of south east England. However, the majority of properties covered by this procurement are located in central London.

The successful service provider will also be responsible for maintaining the meters installed and may be required to carry out installations, or to advise on the installation of meters at Peabody's properties.
The successful service provider's role is expected to relate primarily to future developments rather than to Peabody's existing properties although it is likely that some existing schemes will be included. Further details will be set out in the contract documents.
