II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)The University is seeking to put in place a framework contract for the procurement of marketing services, creative services, media buying, third stream income generation and digital video production with 6 specific lots. The University is seeking proposals for a 36 month contract with an option to extend for a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance of the contractor/s for the provision of creative design services and media buying to support student recruitment, third stream income generation and institutional profile rising.
Please note that for the creative design services lots, any brief to suppliers will be determined in the first instance by the internal capacity of the Universitys Creative Services Unit.

Lot No: 6 Lot title: Digital Video Production1)Short descriptionThe University is looking to work with a supplier(s) to better manage its digital video production by developing a Video Strategy to co-ordinate the Universitys visual story-telling. We expect this strategic approach will streamline production activities, better integrate content, support continuity and, ultimately, deliver better economies-of-scale. The supplier would be involved in all aspects of video production, from generating ideas, producing content and delivery final edits.

It is important that applicants respond to the information requested in an appropriate, clear and concise manner. The Questionnaire document stipulates the economic, financial and technical data required to enable an evaluation of suppliers wishing to participate in this procurement and will seek information including but not limited to the detail at III.2.1, III.2.2 and III.2.3
The University reserves the right to reject or disqualify a Bidder:
(a) Where the PQQ or tender is submitted late, is completed incorrectly, or is incomplete.
(b) Who is deemed to be ineligible to tender in accordance with the provisions as set out in The Public Contracts Regulations 2006, PART 4, Regulation 23 (see Appendix 2).
(c) Who is guilty of serious misrepresentation in relation to its application and/or the process.
(d) Where there is a change in identity, control, financial standing or other factor impacting on the selection and/or evaluation process affecting the Bidder.
