The Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey is seeking expressions of interest for the supply of a Combined Employee Benefits Package for Surrey Police and Sussex Police officers and staff.
The Framework will be awarded to a single supplier to provide the following services:
- A customised Goods and Services Discounted Website*
- A Childcare Voucher Scheme (via salary sacrifice)**
- Cycle to Work Scheme (via salary sacrifice)
*The customised Goods and Services Discounted Website will initially be utilised only by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey. The Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex may opt into this service at their discretion during the term of the Framework.
**The Childcare Voucher Scheme will initially be utilised only by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey. The Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex will utilise this service from August 2014.

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey is tendering this Framework through the Bluelight Pro-Contract portal via an Accelerated Restricted Process, meaning that the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire has been published alongside this Advert. Prospective tenderers are required to register their interest by going to www.bluelight.gov.uk and visiting the supplier area. Potential tenderers should then respond to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (using the above portal) by no later than 23.7.2013. Hard copy or emailed applications will not be accepted. Following this date the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey will evaluate the responses to identify the short-listed suppliers to be invited to tender.
