II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:In the Winter Season 2012/13 the following approximate volumes of product were required - 50t glycol based liquid, 830t Acetate based liquid, 120t Acetate based solid deicer. Products used on the Airfield follows guidelines with respect to Safety and Environmental Regulations in place. Usage will obviously vary dependant upon the climate of each winter season.

That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 6) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
