Rotherham MBC is seeking expressions of interest in the form of a Pre Tender Questionnaire (PTQ) in respect of a sole provider for the supply and delivery of Fresh Milk & Bread, which all of the local authorities in the UK may call-off orders.
Call-off contracts will be for the supply and delivery of fresh Milk and Bred every week to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Councils Schools and Neighbourhood establishments as and when required. (usually twice/three times a week).
Pre Tender Questionnaire (PTQ) documents are available via the YORtender website. All documentation must be returned through this system.
All interested parties must complete and electronically return the completed PTQ document via the YORtender system. Tender documents will not be accepted by any other means.
The closing date for the return of PTQ documents is 17,00 hrs on 24.5.2013
Shortlisted suppliers will be invited to tender.
