The contract will be resourced based. Contractors will be required to offer innovative solutions in order to deliver an effective service within available budget levels.

Staff employed by the Council’s Direct Services Organisation are expected to TUPE transfer to the successful contractor and the successful bidder will be expected to agree to comply with the Best Value Authorities Staff Transfers (Pensions) Direction 2007 in respect of these employees.
