YPO are seeking to appoint a provider(s) who is reliable, environmentally friendly, can produce high quality customer service solutions, innovate and are able to meet all YPO's hot and cold drinks and/or snack vending requirements. During the life of the contract YPO may decide to include other food beverage options and may approach the successful provider to provide a proposal for this.
YPO does not guarantee that any additional options will be required.
This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO only by establishing an agreement for providers to deliver, Install and maintain the machines into YPO's 2 locations in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

The standstill period will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, and provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
