This is a 3 year contract with the option to extend by up to a further 2 years. This is for a range of services providing supported accommodation for young people aged 16+.

Under this procurement the Services will be divided into 5 Lots:
Lot No. Accommodation/Support - inclusive of UASC* Description
1a Emergency Emergency accommodation: 9 units 5 fixed and 4 variable. It is anticipated that the young person will stay within the accommodation up to a maximum of 10 working days.
24/7, 365 days provision inclusive of sleep-in cover arrangements, duty line and any cover requirement need when staff accompany young people off site.
1b Quick access Quick access: 11 units fixed. This provision will focus on 16-17 year olds. It is anticipated that the young person will stay within the accommodation up to a maximum of 10 working days.
24/7, 365 days provision inclusive of sleep-in cover arrangements, duty line and any cover requirement need when staff accompany young people off site.
2 Intensive 24 intensive beds set across small units (up to 6 beds per unit) based on 3-6 months stay.
Staffing will cover core hours and emergency where required including that of a duty line system, and any cover requirement need when staff accompany young people off site.
3 Supported 80 supported living units - 60 fixed and 20 variable based on 5-9 months stay. Or up to 18th birthday.
This provision will ideally form a bridge between supported accommodation and the transition into independent living.
Support from staff will be required within core hours flexible to the needs of the individuals and increased where appropriate.
4 Transition to Adulthood Individual targeted support for young people in preparation for independent living. It is anticipated that this provision will support a maximum of 16 young people at any 1 time.
