The University of Worcester (UOW) is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, knowledgeable and innovative Consultants to provide professional estate services to support the UOW and its subsidiary UW Developments Ltd (The Call-off Authorities).
The Services will mainly comprise, but are not limited to, consultancy associated with the following:
- Project Management and Employer Agent Services;
- Cost Consultant (Quantity Surveying);
- Principle Designer (Health and Safety Adviser);
- Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (inc. Fire Engineering and Sustainability);
- Civil and Structural Engineering Services.
The Services will mainly comprise, but are not limited to, consultancy associated with the following:
