II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)Wealden District Council (WDC) wishes to appoint experienced and qualified contractors in connection with the delivery of their cleaning services and associated works. WDC provides a range of housing and support services in the East Sussex area. The works will comprise of providing cleaning services to the common areas of WDC owned sheltered accommodation and general housing blocks. Applicants are advised that the works will comprise of a single contract and the successful applicant will therefore be awarded all works as a single contract.
