North East Lincolnshire Council procured a replacement contract for building cleaning (that included periodic cleaning as and when required) (Lot 1), and window cleaning (Lot 2) with its partner Lincs Inspire Limited(LiL) for properties identified within 2 property portfolios.
 Tenderers were invited to submit tenders for 1 or both Lots.
 The contract shall be effective from 1.4.2016 initially for a period of 3 years.
 There is a further possibility of 2 x 12 month extension periods depending on performance and ongoing need.
