Leicestershire County Council is inviting tenders for the supply of pre-paid payment cards with associated accounts. The cards and accounts aim to help persons (Account Holders) in receipt of cash and direct payments manage the payments and assist in improving their outcomes as well as providing reporting / Management Information transparency for Leicestershire County Council (LCC).
CHAR(13) + CHAR(10).
LCC aims to retain ownership of funds it transfers into the accounts/cards and requires an online reporting system which allows access to account details. LCC is seeking a supplier that can offer the Account Holders an experience which is the same as a standard UK bank account, both for card / account use, including Account Holder support such as the ability to manage the account online.
