Construction work. The design and construction of the New Teaching Building at the University of Nottingham's University Campus, Nottingham, United Kingdom. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to: Collaborative lecture theatre; Flat lecture theatre; Performing arts space; Computer rooms; Learning hub spaces; Study rooms; Seminar rooms; WC provisions to all floors; Open office space including meeting rooms; and External works (including hard landscaping; below ground drainage, etc.). The duration of the agreement is anticipated to be 18 months; however, this is to be defined during the tender stage process - please refer to the Preliminaries within the Procurement Documents for further information. The Procurement Documents (incorporating the Preliminaries, Design Information and Schedule of Contract Amendments) and the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire are available upon request by contacting Simon Deakin in accordance with Annex A of this notice.
