Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Applicants expressing an interest in this tender must complete a prequalification questionnaire which will be available on written or e-mailed request from the address in I.1. On the basis of the responses to the questionnaire English Heritage will select the service providers who will be invited to tender. The prequalification questionnaire must be requested no later than 16:00 hours on 24.11.2011 and returned no later than 12:00 hrs on 2.12.2011.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in sterling and all payments under the contract will be in sterling.
