Birmingham City University (BCU) currently uses a variety of suppliers for the provision of Estates related professional ranging from architectural design and engineering to specialist Building Information Modelling (BIM) services. Historically these services have been procured on an as needed or project specific basis. The University is now seeking to establish a framework agreement for estates professional services across the following disciplines, the tender has been split into the following lots:
1. Lot 1 - Architectural design and associated services including CDM,
2. Lot 2 - Mechanical, electrical and public health (incorporating acoustics, fire and IT structured cabling),
3. Lot 3 - Structural and civil consultancy design and associated services,
4. Lot 4 - Cost consultancy,
5. Lot 5 - Building surveying services including party wall and Rights to Light,
6. Lot 6 - Building Information Modelling (BIM) services including 3D laser surveys.
Bidders may express interest in 1, several or all lots.
