Section II: Object of the contract
Indicative tenders can be downloaded from www.yortender.co.uk YORE-93SFBX: Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision Learning and Development and then uploaded for evaluation at any time throughout the duration of the dynamic purchasing system; initial indicative tenders are must be submitted by Monday 28th September at 17:00.
Admittance to the Dynamic Purchasing System will be subject to providers meeting minimum criteria. Requests for quotations will be issued to providers admitted to the Dynamic Purchasing System.Providers who have already been accepted on to the DPS need not submit any further documentation.
Categories - Examples Only.
The examples of learning and development courses in the table below are indicative but not exhaustive, other opportunities may be added to the categories' as and when required.
Lot 1 Dementia - Variety of provision ranging from basic awareness of dementia, advanced dementia and level 2 and 3 qualifications, to more in-depth dementia related issues.
Lot 2 Driver/Plant/Tools/Highways Related Training this will include a range of certification courses e.g. CPC, LGV and specialist vehicle training.
Lot 3 Distance Learning to include a range of learning including both the specialist care field, e.g. diabetes awareness, infection control, dementia awareness and generic topics, e.g. team leading, customer service etc.
Please note where RMBC and its Partner(s) can access fully funded free courses they reserve the right to use service providers outside this framework.
Lot 4 End of Life - All appropriate training relating to providing care to those nearing the end of life and understanding grief and bereavement and provision of palliative care.
Lot 5 Equality and Diversity - Range of provision from general awareness for all levels of staff to more specific awareness issues.
Lot 6 Health and Safety - Range of health and safety training including from basic level to more advanced levels.
Lot 7 ICT.
Lot 8 Legislation.
Lot 9 Leadership, Management and Development.
Range of management qualification-based training from level 2 to 7 and non-qualification short course provision relating to key manager skills.
Lot 10 Safeguarding - Range of training relating to the varied roles involved in safeguarding.
Lot 11 Health and Social Care Skills - A wide range of topics, including up to and including level 7.
Lot 12 Skills for Care Workforce Management - Range of training relating to how to plan care services.
