This tender will establish a multi-supplier framework for online and offline travel services to include business travel, student field trips, hotels and conferencing and other associated services for organisations accessing the agreement. Please note that this agreement may be used by institutions to purchase travel services for externally funded projects.
SUPC is an operating unit of Southern Universities Management Services, a company limited by guarantee. The Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC) is acting as lead organisation on behalf of its members and also for members of the Higher Education Purchasing Consortium for Wales (HEPCW), the London Universities Purchasing Consortium, the North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC), the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) and the Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC Limited). SUPC is not acting as an agent in the legal sense on behalf of participating organisations. A full list of the participating Consortia members are available on the Consortia websites. Any agreements resulting from this tender should also be made available to future members of any of the participating Consortia.
