The Council has appointed a Development Partner who has a track record of delivering successful mixed use development projects including securing end users and occupiers for those projects. As the Council was not promoting any particular scheme or proposal it has selected a long term Development Partner who will work positively and collaboratively with the Council to help achieve its ambition and vision for the exciting urban development site which is situated on the south bank of the River Tyne at Gateshead Quays.
