The University of Warwick has a requirement to establish an agreement for the provision of Gas Servicing and Maintenance for Off Campus Staff and Family Accommodation. The aim of this tender is to appoint a contractor to provide an annual service to all gas appliances in all our managed and owned properties. The appointed contractor will also be required to provide a 24 hour, seven days per week breakdown / maintenance contract for all gas appliances to include the whole of the central heating system, gas water heaters, unvented cylinders, gas cookers and gas fires.
