The OUH Trust requires effective preventative maintenance, breakdown/call out facility, repairs and technical support to ensure compliance with the HTM 02-01
The system is an OPEN Protocol and will remain as such, no closed protocols will be allowed.
All engineers shall be trained to the recognised industry standards and the company shall be accredited to L E I A.
In addition to preventative maintenance the Trust may require services associated with:
- Lift refurbishment projects,
- Major Component repairs,
- Planned replacement/refurbishment.
There will however be no guarantee of exclusivity with the Trust reserving the right to seek further quotations for such elements.
