Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Authority were seeking to appoint a consultant to carry out the following services in relation to its Transformation Programme (which will involve the redevelopment, remodelling and extension of existing fire stations at Biddulph and Stafford):
- Project Management Services,
- Surveyor,
- Budget and initial cost flow planning,
- Manage planning process,
- Manage the procurement of a contractor for the fire station at Biddulph and the fire station and life skills centre at Stafford; and
- Act as CDM-C and Contract Administrator under the resulting contractor's JCT D B contract.
