It is the intention of the Council to put in place a holistic Information, Advice and Guidance service, which also offers access to resources for clients in the Peterborough City Council administrative area in respect of financial security. Crisis situations will also be a key area and providers will be responsible for facilitating access to food banks, essential furniture and meeting short term home energy needs.

The closing date for response is 17:00 on 12.5.2015. The Council nor any person on whose behalf this soft market questionnaire is undertaken is to be liable for any costs incurred by those wishing to respond to the questionnaire.

 The first stage will be a soft market test and provider day. The provider day is currently scheduled for 20.5.2015 (12:00 to 15:00). This is subject to change and more information will be provided via the portal in due course.
