Coast to Capital, with West Sussex County Council as accountable body, is seeking to appoint a partner to operate the Business Navigator Growth Hub service for the Coast to Capital region following evaluation of the compliant tenders and approval of the outcome. The Business Navigator Growth Hub services is one of the network of Growth Hubs funded by the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills Growth Hubs in 2015/2016.
It is intended to appoint a single supplier under a contract to provide the services detailed in the specification. The Business Navigator Growth Hub comprises a web portal for business support and a team of Business Support Navigators, identifying business needs and signposting businesses to public and private business support provision and funding to help them start develop and growth.
The contract comprises a number of elements:
1) the development and ongoing maintenance of the Business Navigator website;
2) the delivery of the Business Support Navigator service;
3) ongoing mapping of business support and funding within the Coast to Capital region.
