The Bank of England undertook a retender of its Preferred Supplier List for recruitment services. It sought companies both niche and generalist to meet its diverse requirements.
The Bank sought companies who could work in various recruitment areas to assist in the consolidation of its supplier base and who demonstrated experience of working with both Government departments and the financial sector. Interested parties were made aware that the Bank is currently piloting the services of a managed services implant to meet the Bank's needs for temporary workers.
The Bank's actual spend will be lower than the upper limit indicated and will depend on the actual requirements over the 5 years of the contract.
The Bank sought companies who could work in various recruitment areas to assist in the consolidation of its supplier base and who demonstrated experience of working with both Government departments and the financial sector. Interested parties were made aware that the Bank is currently piloting the services of a managed services implant to meet the Bank's needs for temporary workers.
