Sport England wishes to appoint a data marketing company to support its data marketing activity. The successful company must have a proven track record in consumer database marketing and dealing with large volumes of data. It will be expected to provide a range of services including data hosting, email creation and despatch, polling and survey software, data and email analytics, data management, web-based content and data management tools, strategic digital, email and data support. The ability to support Return Path certification is essential, as is a thorough understanding of and full compliance with EU data protection and electronic communication legislation, including appropriate agreements and protections if data is held outside the EU.. The contract duration is for 3 years with an option to extend by 12 months.
