Each year Anglia Ruskin University celebrate their student's achievements by holding a series of Graduation ceremonies on their Chelmsford Campus. To accommodate these ceremonies Anglia Ruskin University seeks to appoint a supplier who is able and competent to provide a temporary structure and associated services such as (but not limited to) appropriate staging, lighting, audio visual equipment, heating and seating.
The second part of the contract would be to supply a temporary structure on Anglia Ruskin University East Road Campus Cambridge; this is to host the post ceremony aspect of the Cambridge Graduation ceremonies the supplier would need to supply associated services such as heating and lighting for this second temporary structure.
The supplier would be required to provide the complete solution, using sub-contractors if necessary; responses which cannot address the specification as a whole will not be considered.
The Graduation ceremonies take place over a period of two weeks on an annual basis. The ceremonies in 2014 will take place from Tuesday 7 - Thursday 9.10.2014 in Chelmsford and Tuesday 14 - Thursday 16 October in Cambridge. The University will confirm, subsequent scheduling of these events at the beginning of each year (January).
