The proposal is for a concession agreement. The selected company will have a proven record of accomplishment in operating in conference, exhibition, events and arts/performance venues, and can demonstrate an understanding of the different markets and customer needs.
It is anticipated that the appointed caterer may partner with local catering suppliers to enable the larger events to be serviced, further details will be outlined in the ITT.
