The University operates two main campuses together with outlying residential and non residential buildings.
Building Management System = BMS
The BMS systems within these buildings are connected via data network to central BMS control point located within the Facilities office
We currently have 7 buildings on a JEL system , 6 on Sigma and 10 on Continuum
We have engaged a firm of consulting engineers to undertake a full review of the BMS systems and their operation. As part of the review shortlisted companies will be invited to present details on what their company can offer. These details will be incorporated into our engineers report/recommendations , which will form the basis of all future BMS works to either increase the functionality available or replace the full system.
