NWL are required to comply with Ofwat's targets and expectations of all water companies to promote water efficiency to customers. This is carried out through a number of different means, one of which is offering products to the customer that will improve the efficiency of the water they use within there properties i.e. homes, school, businesses. This can be in the form of the request of certain individual products or alternatively a standard pack is produced which contains not only the most popular items but also the products which contribute significantly towards meeting NWL targets. All of the potential suppliers are to provide products that are WRAS approved for products where this is specificed.

This products is currently packed in a box - must be of a maximum depth of 30mm such that it fits through a letter box via mail. Packaging must allow branding to be printed. Packaging to be from recycled resources and recyclable. Suppliers are to cost based on box as packaging however we are open to the supplier providing additional quotes for alternative packaging techniques. The Tap Inserts and Shower Regulator must be WRAS approved.
