The Authority wishes to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement for the provision of Cut Paper and Specialist Printing Paper, to include, as a minimum, the provision of virgin and recycled paper (bulk) and specialist printing paper.
The Framework Agreement is being procured on behalf of all current members, and any future members, of NWUPC, NEUPC, SUPC, LUPC, APUC and CPC and will commence on 24.4.2013 for an initial period of 3 years until 23.4.2016, with a possible 12 month extension.
Estimated cost excluding VAT:
Range: between 12 000 000 and 48 000 000 GBP
